FDAC is a problem-solving court: the role judges, court staff and legal practitioners play is integral to the success of the model.

To help direct the court and support judicial best practice, there is a useful file of Practice Resources, including a practice note for judges, a legal process note for sites and a flow chart for referrals. Also available is a collation of research which is of particular interest to judges and the court, including international studies of problem-solving justice.
